Arbor

Arbor is a web-based platform used to record attendance, behaviour and attainment, providing students, parents and carers with real-time access to live data. It is the service used by the academy to communicate with families and keep them informed.

  

All families receive an enrolment email or SMS containing details of how to register and access the Arbor app, a unique and secure login for your account will also be supplied.​Details of how to access Arbor are shared below, if you have any difficulties accessing your account please contact: office@limehurst.org.uk

Your Homepage Dashboard 

The dashboard is the first screen that you will see. This gives a quick glance of the student’s daily timetable, behaviour points, notices, current attendance and progress.

You will also see sections for:

  • Attendance results
  • Negative Points
  • Positive Points
  • Student Timetable
  • Report Card
  • Examinations

You will be able to click on different parts of the home page to view more data on your child. For example, clicking the attendance percentage will bring up the attendance page which breaks down the attendance figures into present, late, or absent.

Accessing Arbor

As a smart digital communications tool, Arbor can be accessed as a mobile app or families can simply log in to a web platform.

Step 1: Visit the Arbor website or download the app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store

Step 2: Sign up using the link sent to you by email. Contact the academy if you have not received one.

Step 3: Create a password, log in and enjoy!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

What is the Parent Portal?

The Parent Portal is the version of Arbor you can use on a laptop or computer.

What is the Arbor App?

The Arbor App is the mobile version of the Parent Portal. You can use it on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. Please go to your device’s app store to download the app.
 

Five good reasons to download the Arbor Parent App:

  1. Receive important information through the app
  2. See your child’s positive points and behaviour incidents, including why they were issued
  3. View your child’s attendance
  4. Check your child’s timetable
  5. In-app messaging and trip booking

More functionalities will be added to the app over time, including parents’ evening booking and viewing live academic progress data.
